In my opinion, I gave this establishment a one-star rating primarily because I had two separate conversations with the gentleman last week regarding scheduling an appointment for this week, Tuesday. During our conversations, I sent him photographs and other relevant information on my motorcycle even to the fact, he just claimed that he worked on two of the same motorcycles like mines. Despite my efforts, I did not receive a return call or an email regarding the appointment. It appears that he may have been apprehensive about my motorcycle and chose not to respond to my calls. While I understand that he may not have felt comfortable working on my bike, I believe that he could have simply informed me that he was not interested in working on it and continued to move forward. This would have saved both of us a significant amount of time and potential complications. Nevertheless, I wish you and your shop the best of luck Phi…... I have a prior commitment to visit Manhattan to have my motorcycle serviced and repaired. Messages, Texts even voicemails were left….. prayers

This place is great - They are honest and fair about costs, have incredibly quick turnaround, really friendly staff, but are still 100% professional. Chari was incredibly accommodating in terms of pick-up/drop off windows and made sure I understood everything they inspected/fixed on my R3 and why. I will definitely be coming back for my future services.

Come here if you want quick, clean, and quality work! Been coming here for a couple years now and the guys at BrooklynSpeed always got me right. I’ve done custom work on my Sportser, wiring work on my MT10, and tire changes. Their service is incredibly fast and the quality + attention to detail is unmatched.

Brooklyn Speed is phenomenal. They are fast, professional, and detailed. I had a large dent in my Kawasaki Ninja 500 motorcycle on the gas tank. Most shops declared fixing it an impossible task. For these guys, impossible is nothing. They not only repaired the bike, they fixed the dent, the bike came out looking better than brand new as they also cleaned the area they repaired. The repair is flawless. The tank is sealed and safe and the previously damaged zone looks unrecognizable from the original. Not only is the dent gone, the paint is perfect and the shape is retained. The repair was performed at a reasonable price. More importantly, the craftsmanship and diligence that went into this project was profound. I am extremely grateful. They also have a towing service that I was able to use efficiently. Furthermore, these gentleman are helpful, trustworthy, welcoming, and provide the best advice about motorcycle maintenance and care. Chari and Phill are amazing. These guys are the real deal.

Great shop with great people who are super knowledgeable. Brought my 81 Honda Motocompo in for some minor work, carburetor was rebuilt, brakes adjusted, throttle cable adjusted, exhaust fixed and a few tiny things here and there. All the work was done in a few days and I was updated everyday. Couldn’t be happier and very thankful to have guys that are anal like me working on this little scooter.
